Shipping Policy

Please verify all addresses when placing an order to prevent shipping issues/delays. TheStampedCottage is not responsible for packages that are marked "undeliverable", "address not valid", or "return to sender". 

In the event that a customer enters the wrong address, has moved, entered an invalid address, the package is returned to us, etc.,

• a) the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping required if the package needs to be resent OR
• b) a refund will be issued with the total of the order minus the actual cost of shipping. 

Once we ship out your order it is in the hands of the delivery company and you can track your order using your tracking number. No refunds for items lost in the mail - we are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the delivery company.
